Ongoing Rituals Container

with accountability and community support

A 3-Month Commitment to Yourself with the option to continue as long as you want.

Themes rotate monthly over a full 12-month cycle, and you can rejoin seamlessly after the 3 months, to continue to grow with us.

How it works

Monthly Themed Gathering (zoom)
Each month, we’ll meet live to dive into a specific theme—like “Morning Rituals” or “Clearing Mental Clutter”

  • I’ll guide you through the theme of the month, how to create rituals around it, then a grounding embodiment practice to help you connect with what matters most to you, and you’ll clarify your personal focus and intentions for the month.

  • A recording will be sent out in case you can’t make it.

Weekly Accountability Circles (zoom or phone)

  • You’ll have a mini accountability circle (of 3–5 people) for a quick 20-minute check-in each week. These circles are a simple way to keep you on track with your desires.

Optional Weekly Co-Working Sessions (zoom)

  • Join us for a spacious 3-hour co-working session each week. (Join for 1, 2, or 3 hours).

  • Each hour will begin with 5-minutes of movement and intention to center ourselves. Then we’ll share in the chat what we intend to work on for that hour, then we’ll dive in for 50 minutes (with camera on/sound muted). At the end of the hour, we’ll type in the chat what we accomplished and have a mini celebration moment, before beginning the next hour. This will be to support your focus with a project, admin work, creative projects, or anything else you need to just sit down and do. It’s more fun together!

Monthly Q&A with Mela (Optional - zoom)

  • I’ll be available live once a month to support you in real-time. Bring your questions, challenges, or celebrations!

Bi-Monthly Decluttering Sundays (Optional - zoom)

Clear space to invite in more ease.

  • Every other month, we’ll gather for a 3-hour virtual session to declutter a part of your home. Bring your tea, your playlist, your favorite inspirational Ted talk, and that drawer you’ve been avoiding.
